I’m Amber Gibson-Mora, founder, chief strategist, and coach at Mora & Co. I created Mora & Co. because I’ve seen firsthand the limitations of traditional human resources—both in perspective and in practice—and recognized the need for a more strategic, people-centered approach.

Modern, forward-thinking people consulting that helps businesses shape a positive internal narrative. In many traditional corporate settings, HR is often seen as prioritizing company interests over employees’ needs. While that isn’t always true, years of disconnect and slow response to internal challenges have left many employees skeptical and disengaged.

Now, I’m shifting the narrative—putting employees back at the center of every decision.
