I’m Amber Gibson-Mora, founder of Mora & Co.
I created Mora & Co. after spending more than two decades leading workforce strategy, organizational transformation, and leadership initiatives across global companies, government agencies, and mission-driven organizations. Throughout my career, I saw how often organizations approached people strategy reactively rather than strategically, especially during periods of growth, change, and operational complexity.
Mora & Co. was built to help organizations navigate those moments differently.
